Reading the map
Three live signals have to agree.
A place name alone is not a service promise. A usable trip needs current vehicle state, an operating boundary and an accepted place to park.

Operating boundaries
Service, slow and restricted mobility geofences explain where a trip can start or continue. Follow the live boundary shown for the current operating zone.03
Approved parking
A trip can be ended only where the current ride policy permits. Complete any parking photo or other evidence the app asks for.Accessible parking
A legal parking zone is still the wrong place if it blocks someone.
- Keep kerb ramps and tactile paving completely clear.
- Do not narrow doorways, driveways or pedestrian routes.
- Leave the bike stable, upright and within the area accepted by the app.
- Report an obstruction through a verified rider-support route when one is available.
