A map or connected lock cannot replace judgement. Check the vehicle, follow local law, ride for the conditions and leave every access route clear.
Ride checklist
Pause at the moments that matter.

Before moving
Check the brakes, tyres, frame, lights and lock area. Do not ride a vehicle that looks damaged, altered or unsafe.02
While riding
Follow local road law, use a helmet where required or appropriate, keep both hands available for control and slow down around people walking.03
When parking
Use only a location accepted by the rider app. Keep kerb ramps, tactile paving, doorways, driveways and clear walking width unobstructed.
Immediate danger
Move to safety and contact local emergency services first.
Product support is not an emergency service. Once the immediate danger has passed, retain the relevant trip or bike reference and use a verified support route shown in the rider app.
Share only what is needed to investigate the event. Never include payment credentials or unrelated identity documents in a general support message.
