Park responsibly
Use a parking area accepted by the app, complete any evidence requested for that operating zone, and wait for the confirmed trip state.
Nobody likes tugging at a bike that says it’s open.
So we don’t guess. A ride only begins once the lock itself confirms it physically opened. If it doesn’t open, you aren’t charged. Every bike carries its own secure connection, so your phone never pairs with anything. Scroll to follow a real unlock.

You scan the QR code on the frame.
- 02COMMAND_SENT
We check your account, then send the command over the bike’s own connection.
- 03ACKNOWLEDGED
The bike confirms it received the command, but not that it opened.
- 04LOCK_OPEN_CONFIRMED
A sensor in the lock reports the bolt actually moved.
- 05RIDE_STARTED
Only now can the app show an active trip. Payment state remains visible as a separate verified record.
